Places of ARcture in collaboration with Architects from Aleppo, Syria are offering a tour from different heritage sites of the old city of Aleppo.

after the fight ended in the old part of the city, a lot of community efforts and initiatives were done to help in protecting the cultural heritage in a very historical place just like Syria, which witnessed a lot of wars and is still witnessing.

"Architects will be collaborating to make a tour in the parts which didn't have any damage as well as the parts which are restored successfully to tell their stories. He is currently working in Yilidiz Technical University in Istanbul as assistant professor. Consultant Architect / Expert in Culture Heritage at International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS). We will be happy to answer the questions coming from the audience through YouTube comments during the panel discussion."

The event will be on two days, two different parts.

The event is hosted form Dublin Ireland by Muhammad Achour, Syrian Architect, Teaching assistant at Dublin City University, a former Teaching assistant in School of Architecture, Aleppo University.
