AP Sounds

01 June - 30 June

10:00 -16:00

Sound and transmission artist Jessica Sammut is producing AP Sounds - a radio station mixing conversation, music and sound broadcasting live from Platform 1 Alexandra Palace Station. Conversations will focus on themes of community, connectivity and regeneration, featuring various community groups connected to the Palace as well as special guests including entrepreneurs, musicians, artists and policy makers.

AP Sounds will also lend its voice to a series of conversations with commuters - Jessica will be on site roaming the platform inviting people to have their say on the transforming spaces in their local area.

The radio station will broadcast live from 11am-2pm BST on the following dates:
Thursday 6 June
Friday 7 June

Festival-goers and commuters are also invited to pick up Jessica's site-specific podcast at the station to accompany them on the journey to their next destination. The podcast will be available to download and enjoy from 01 June onwards.
