Industrial History of the Lower River Lea

London's Industrial History often gets overlooked, but this walk aims to show how industrial innovation has been a key part of London's identity. Starting at Stratford the walk, led by Footprints of London guide Rob Smith, will look at how this part of the River Lea was home to textile, chemical, shipbuilding, printing, ceramics and many other industries.
