MO and the Red Ribbon, Compagnie L’Homme Debout

MO and the Red Ribbon is a spectacular promenade production from renowned French company, L'Homme Debout, that explores the experience of migration from a child’s perspective, as well as providing an occasion for celebration and festivity. In this moving and spectacular performance, a giant puppet moves through the streets of East London on an emotional journey across boundaries and into new experiences. A central red ribbon acts as a guide, linking the child to their, family, their country, their experiences and their new life.

MO and the Red Ribbon is presented as part of Greenwich+Docklands International Festival (GDIF), London’s leading festival of free outdoor theatre and performing arts, running from 21 June – 6 July 2019. Bringing something different to your doorstep, GDIF showcases the highest quality international performances and celebrates place, people and community in Greenwich, East London and, for the first time, the City of London.

MO and the Red Ribbon is supported by Tower Hamlets Council and Action for Bow.
