Globally, we face a housing shortage, with an estimated need for over 300,000 more homes annually in the UK alone, affecting quality of life and a sense of belonging. Simultaneously, sustainability and energy-efficiency have become critical considerations for new homes, civic amenities and infrastructure.
Holcim and the Zaha Hadid Foundation are bringing together an expert panel exploring how the built environment industry can collaborate to address these challenges, using innovative approaches to build sustainable and inclusive cities.

Our building is step free and wheelchair accessible. There is a 7cm step from the street to our main entry gate. Please contact us in advance if you require the use our step-free alternative vehicle gate at the other end of the street.
