Uncivic Space: an uncomfortable exhibition exploring hostile architecture

11 June - 26 June

10:00 -16:00

Our cities are finally opening up and public places are welcoming us back. But in some overlooked corners, urban design also acts to exclude — from railings against skateboarding to intimidating security guards.

This exhibition investigates these pieces of design that are purposefully uncomfortable and unwelcoming — provoking audiences to question how public are our public spaces?
