The LFA2026 Call for Activities has officially launched, meaning you can submit your events to feature in this June’s programme, and contribute towards shaping a better London with Belonging at its centre.
This is your opportunity to take part in shaping London’s future, rooting the voices and experience of Londoners through a range of events to shape a festival we can all be proud of.
This call for action is open to anyone, from established practices to emerging creative groups, from first timers to festival veterans, we want to hear from Londoners across the whole range of our industry.

If you’re new to the LFA website, you can create your account for free. The account area allows you to submit and manage your activities, view our resources, subscribe to the organiser newsletter and update your organiser details.
Get inspired
If you don’t quite have your idea for an LFA event just yet, we have plenty of opportunities to get involved and get inspired. We host LFA Organiser Calls and Mentor Surgery Days which are great opportunities to learn from some great minds and take your events to the next level. Submit your event
Once you’ve got your activity ready, it’s time to get started. There are two options in your account, one for concessions and one for standard submissions. You can see our organisers pack here to see if you qualify for the concessions rate. You’ll find the forms in your account section, from there, answer the questions relevant to your event, including titles, descriptions, imagery, and more practical information on accessibility and safety. Tip: Don’t forget the early bird deadline on February 6th where you can save yourself £100 on submissions.
The deadline to submit your events is March 6th, and March 20th for Partners.
