Register for an LFA Organiser account


In order to submit an event for LFA, we just need a few details about you and/or your organisation.

You can create an account on behalf of your organisation or as an individual if you're acting in a personal capacity. But please note, we can only accept one account per organisation.

Once your account is approved you can then login using your email address or username and password to Submit and Manage your LFA activity and access a range of helpful links and resources.



1. Your account details

This information will not be made public and is solely for you to access your LFA account and the LFA team to contact you with any activity queries.

2. Organiser overview

This information will appear publicly on your LFA activity listing(s), under Organiser details.

If you're an individual, you can use your name here. If you’re registering an account on behalf of an organisation or collective, you can use the name of the group you're representing.

This section can be used to add in a professional website, link to a social media page, or left blank if not applicable.

Please note, we can only accept JPEG or PNG files only, with a minimum size of 500px x 500px and maximum file size of 2Mb.


3. LFA Inclusion and support questions 

This information will not be made public and is solely for the LFA team to understand how to best support LFA organisers, and ensure the Festival is representative of and supports all Londonders and those involved in the Festival.

Please answer about yourself if an individual, or if you representing an organisation or collective, please mark all the options that are applicable.

If you're not comfortable answering any of the questions, please feel free to select the option 'prefer not to say'.

4. Confirmation

By creating an account on the website, you are agreeing to our Memorandum of Understanding for LFA Event Organiser, which sets out what we expect from you and what you can expect from the LFA return. It's really important you read and agree to this document (You can find the MoU Memorandum of Understanding). 

A copy will also be sent to your email upon completion of your event submission, plus a copy will be available for you to download in the account section once your account is approved.
